Because space is limited and we want to feature a range of service organizations, all applications are juried. Your spot will not be reserved until you receive your acceptance email, have signed the paperwork, and paid your vendor fee.
Only the organization on the contract may operate out of your booth space. If your organization has several departments that serve veterans the one that will be attending must be listed on the contract. Any additions or changes must be requested in writing and approved by the festival committee. Approval of the department on the contact cannot be transferred to any other entity, including those within their own organization.
All displays and advertising must fit within your allowed booth space.
We reserve the right to have you relocate or remove any personal items that are outside of your allotted space.
The festival provides the space as is, without electric hookups or water access.
Neither the estival, its volunteers, or its sponsors are liable for any injury or damage that occurs to personal property.
The service organizations are expected to maintain insurance policies and certifications required for their type of business, and are responsible for any damage or injury that they, their products, or personal property may cause.
If your organization is unable to attend after reserving booth space, you must notify the festival committee in writing no later than 9/1/24. Failure to do so can result in the rejection of booth space requests at future events.
The booth space allows for a total of four people to physically occupy the area. If you are a larger organization, please be courteous to your festival neighbors and encourage your members to explore the festival rather than pack your booth.
